The upgraded portal requires international passengers to submit a health self-declaration up to 24 hours before arrival in India, enabling real-time data sharing with health and immigration authorities amid the Bundibugyo/Ebola virus disease outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda.
