Centre alerts states over rising heat waves, issues advisory to manage seasonal risk

In a letter to the Chief Secretaries of all states, the Union Health Secretary noted that some parts of the country have already begun experiencing high temperatures. With an increase in heat exposure, including extreme conditions, the advisory directs states to follow NCDC guidelines to manage the potential risk.
