All not well in health dept, says Delhi HC as it asks AIIMS director to implement hospital reforms

​Observing that "all is not well" in the city's health department which is witnessing a "bitter" fight between authorities, the Delhi High Court on Monday tasked the AIIMS director with the responsibility of implementing the recommendations of the six-member expert committee headed by Dr S K Sarin for improving services at Delhi government-run hospitals
