India reports 797 new COVID-19 cases, 5 deaths in last 24 hours

The active case tally stands at 4,091, as per data on health ministry website on Friday morning. The official data reflected five COVID deaths- two in Kerala, and one each in Maharashtra, Puducherry and Tamil Nadu.

Over 9.19 crore hospital admissions facilitated under Ayushman Bharat since 2018
