HC: Set up Mental Health Authority

During hearing of a petition filed by MP State Legal Aid Authority and High Court Legal Service Committee on Thursday, the court was told that the State Mental Health Authority has been constituted by the state government sans Mental Health Review Boards and other necessary provisions to make the body functional.
