So i have been tracking my resting heart rate for the past 18+ months to see the effects of smoking and working out on my heart rate and this is what i realized, when i am - smoking and not working out > Higher RHR - smoking and working out > medium RHR - no smoking and working out > lower heartrate See the complete analysis on the dashboard.
