Post moving fatigue
Is it normal to have post moving fatigue. Right now I’m lying in bed and took the day off from work because I am exhausted. I moved on Saturday from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 5 bedroom two story house in 40 degree weather raining and I don’t have a cold but after the afternoon I started feeling tired and weak. I am also out of breath a lot and just climbing up and down the stairs is a choir, I’m 36 years old and I’ll admit I’m a bit on the average side but is this normal?
