COVID is no longer global health emergency - WHO

COVID is no longer global health emergency - WHO COVID-19 no longer represents a global health emergency, the World Health Organization said on Friday, a major step towards the end of the pandemic that has killed more than 6.9 million people, disrupted the global economy and ravaged communities. Lifting it is a sign of the progress the world has made in these areas, but COVID-19 is here to stay, the WHO has said, even if it no longer represents an emergency. https://ift.tt/sQLKWvr

exercising with subconjunctival hemorrhage

So as the title implies I am wondering if I can get exercise with the subconjunctival hemorrhage or if that will greatly pause the healing process. I usually go heavy on mostly legs but will half the weights in half while I wait for it to heal. I heard from the attached site I could do so if I have no changes in vision or pain, which I dont. Any thoughts?
